Abstract

The University of Magdalena, through the Faculty of Educational Sciences, organized the IX International Symposium on Curriculum and Educational Policies in a virtual version. It was held on November 17 and 18, 2022 in the City of Santa Marta, Colombia. This event has consolidated tradition and recognition in the academic community in the area of education as a result of the level achieved with the participation of prominent national and international academics, who with their contributions through conferences, panels, forums and workshops have configured an ideal setting. to socialize the product of their research, innovative actions or good practices in this area of knowledge. With 14 invited countries and 25 participating countries. Standing out the United States, Chile, Venezuela, Brazil, Peru, Spain, Morocco, Mexico, Bolivia, Ecuador, Argentina, Costa Rica, Italy and Colombia. With 9 lines of participation such as Social and educational inclusion, Education and child development, Educational technology, Education in rural contexts, Interculturality, Organization and educational management, Didactics of the disciplines, Educational public policies, Pedagogical practice and teacher training. It allowed the socialization of results and advances in research and educational innovations in the field of theory and curricular development and that of sector policies that allow the establishment of cooperation ties between national and international academic communities and contribute to permanent debate and reflection in the firm search towards and educational quality
