Tooth loss in the anterior sector causes not only functional alterations, but also aesthetic ones that alter people's quality of life, which is why its rehabilitation is one of the most common demands of patients in dentistry. One of the techniques used for the aesthetic management of partial edentulism is ovoid pontics. The clinical case of a 46-year-old female patient treated at the dental and aesthetic surgery postgraduate clinic of the San Gregorio de Portoviejo University, for the rehabilitation of the edentulous upper anterior sector, is reported. After the clinical radiographic study, the diagnosis and a comprehensive and interdisciplinary treatment plan were established, which included: oral prophylaxis, removal of dental calculus, endodontics, dental surgery, surgical procedure for modeling the gingival ridge, and creation of ovoid pontics with Zirconium. The ovoid pontic made with zirconium to rehabilitate the anterior areas of the oral cavity is an excellent option that meets the aesthetic and functional expectations of the patient
