Curricular integration in nursing. Review of the Conversatory allusive to the Argentine Nursing Day 2022

The Argentine Nursing Day is celebrated annually on November 21 and is used for planning curricular integration activities. The aim of this paper is to describe the activity of teachers and students allusive to the Argentine Nursing Day carried out by the Bachelor's Degree in Nursing as a curricular integration strategy. The "Conversatorio alusivo al Día de la Enfermería Argentina 2022: Prospectiva de Enfermería", was developed in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, in the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Business and Social Sciences, on November 24, 2022, through a synchronous meeting, with the contribution of teachers, students and institutional collaborators, the scientific program of this activity was elaborated, which was developed in compliance with the planned times and the motivation of the people present. The thematic areas of this activity were: Communication in Nursing, Nursing Specializations, Nurse Negotiator, Nursing Management and Decision Making, Nursing Leadership, Emotional Management, Nursing Education, Spiritual Care, Human Sciences in Nursing, and Nursing and Community. The management of the activity as a symbolic and meaningful experience for the profession, promoted a genuine contribution among peers through contributions with theoretical-practical analysis of issues and situations that cross the daily reality of nursing. The activity was valued with warmth among the participants and was maintained with exchanges that emphasized the interest in the topics addressed, in an atmosphere of respect, listening and effective feedback
